The Little School on the Green is a Nursery School for 2½ to 5 year old children. It is open Monday and Friday 9.10 to 12.10 and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9 to 3pm.
The Nursery school has been established since 1998 and is owned and run by Mrs. Angela Fry who is experienced and qualified to provide a comprehensive pre-school education across the curriculum presented through half termly themes holding the Early Learning Goals as set out by the DFEE. Emphasis is placed on learning through planned play and exploration. Children also learn to recognize and use number, letters and pre-writing skills following a carefully planned scheme of work.
The Nursery is an Equal Opportunity pre-school and great care is taken to accommodate the needs of the children and their family. A warm welcome is extended to visitors.
